Agreements are drawn up with emphasis on the needs of small businesses. All our properties are available on flexible in/out agreements which minimises the financial commitment to a business - and can make all the difference.
Our 48 office units vary in size from 100sq ft to 600sq ft so if your requirements change we can offer alternative accomodation (subject to availability). If we do not have anything else to suit your requirements then we would be happy to put you in touch with other people who can also assist.
